• Subscriptions: If you purchase a recurring subscription, you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Because our products are digital and downloadable, generally we do not offer refunds once a document has been generated or downloaded. However, if there is a technical error that prevents you from using the product, please contact support within 7 days for a resolution.

4. Intellectual Property

The Short Version: We own the software/templates. You own the specific document you create.

• Our Rights: The design of this website, the software code, and the blank legal templates are the intellectual property of Rapid Legal Forms Inc. You may not reverse-engineer our code or resell our blank templates.
• Your License: When you purchase a document, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that document for your personal or business needs.
• Your Data: The specific data you enter into a document (e.g., your specific contract terms, names, and values) belongs to you.

5. Acceptable Use

The Short Version: Don't use our site to break the law or harm others.

You agree not to use our services to:

• Create documents for fraudulent or illegal purposes.
• Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt our services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or other user accounts.

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
• Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our support team.
• Arbitration (Where Permitted): For business users (and where not prohibited by consumer protection laws), any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario. Note to Consumers: Nothing in these Terms deprives you of your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation (such as the Consumer Protection Act of Ontario) to access the courts.
